Klicks And Mortar provides digital marketing services including PPC (pay-per-click advertising), email marketing, SEO (search engine optimisation), social media management, and ORM (online reputation management).
All services are delivered digitally. You will receive access instructions, reports, campaign assets, or other deliverables via email or a secure client portal, as appropriate to the service purchased.
No guarantees on results.** Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, competitor activity, and the quality of your own product or service. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead numbers, conversions, or ROI. We provide skilled execution, transparent reporting, and strategic recommendations, nothing more and nothing less.
Services are provided in accordance with good industry practice and applicable platform policies, including but not limited to Google Ads policies, Meta advertising standards, email marketing regulations, and search engine guidelines.
To purchase a service, select the relevant package or campaign from our website, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process. You will be asked to provide contact and payment details.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation by email, which constitutes our acceptance of your offer. A binding contract is formed at the point of acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before acceptance, including where pricing or service details have been listed in error, where we cannot verify payment information, or where we reasonably believe the order was placed fraudulently.
All services must be paid for in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by debit card and credit card via our secure payment processor.
Prices are stated in the currency selected, on the bottom of your bank statement you will see the billing descriptor: ZAYTONKLMRTR.
If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to suspend service delivery until payment is successfully received.
Services are delivered digitally. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your purchased service or initial deliverables by email, typically within 10 minutes.
Delivery timescales for ongoing services (such as monthly SEO or PPC management) will be set out in your service agreement or order confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timescales, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid and monitored email address. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, or email provider issues.
Digital services purchased as one-off packages (e.g. a single campaign setup or site audit) are non-refundable once delivered, as the nature of digital services means they cannot be returned.
If we fail to provide the service as described, or if the service is materially deficient, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law. Contact us in writing within 14 days of the issue arising to request a resolution.
This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations where applicable.
If your service includes access to a client portal, dashboard, or shared account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account access with unauthorised third parties.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these terms or that pose a security risk.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Zayton Enterprises FZE and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Work Product. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of any materials you provide to us (such as brand assets, product information, or creative briefs). We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, tools, and any work product created by us in the course of delivering services, but we grant you a licence to use deliverables created specifically for your campaigns (such as ad copy, email templates, or reports) for your own business purposes.
If you provide us with content, images, or other materials, you confirm that you own or have the right to use them, and you grant us a licence to use them as necessary to deliver your services.
Service warranty. We will provide services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with good industry practice. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will achieve any specific result.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, data, business opportunity, or reputation.
Our total liability to you in connection with any service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Exceptions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
